​ Our curriculum balances both teacher-directed and child-directed learning, with an emphasis on responding to children’s learning styles and building on their strengths and interests. This curricula applies the latest theory and research on best practices in teaching and learning and the PKCC and Early Learning standards. The teacher's role is vital in helping children make connections to the content, teaching, and learning for preschool children in a play centered environmental approach. ​ Daily small group Literacy and Math lessons help us to implement our academic learning of the day to teach the necessary skills our children need to be successful and active learners.
